Preparing for your visit
Our office is a NON-ASSIGNMENT practice. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. We will bill the insurance provider on your behalf, but you will be responsible for paying the balance at the time of the appointment.
PLEASE NOTE- WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY - 3 business days for hygiene and consultation appointments & 5 business days for surgical appointments. A $200 fee may be applied to short-notice cancellations.
Becoming a patient
When your dentist determines that specialized treatment is required related to your gum health and the supporting structures of your teeth, they will provide a referral to our clinic. After receiving your referral, our team will contact you to schedule your intake appointment.
