We are a referral-based periodontic clinic accepting patients from across the Maritimes.

Dental professionals, referrals may be sent by email, fax or mail. Radiographs and images should be sent via email with the corresponding referral form.

Next steps after referral

After receiving a referral, our administrative team will reach out to the patient within 5-7 business days to schedule their intake appointment. Once treatment is complete, we will advise the patient to return to their primary dentist for on-going oral care.
